Villa Leccino is a newly built modern house in a quiet village Marići near the town of Labin in Istria, only 12km from the sea and 45km from the Pula airport. Particularly worthy of mention is the large swimming pool with two depths of 150cm and 35cm, a hydro massage, and a large outdoor terrace with summer kitchen. The house has a children’s corner with sandpit and swings. In the nearby town of Labin and Rabac all the necessary facilities can be found.

For this zone where is villa located you will need a car, and then everything is available to you. There is a local small market in Labin, where you can finde vegetables from local farmers and fish market with local fish from the Adriatic Sea. Istria is also a gastronomic destination with plenty of small Taverns and Agrotourism where you can try the famous Istrian cuisine.
